Information clause
In accordance with Art. 13 sec. 1 and 2 of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, hereinafter referred to as GDPR, we would like to inform you that:
1. The Administrator of Personal Data is CloudApt, with its registered office in Wieliczka, at 36F/15 Kościuszki St., hereinafter referred to as the "Administrator".

3. Your personal data will be processed for the following purposes:

provision of electronic services by the Administrator means within the meaning of the Act of 18 July 2002 on providing services by electronic means;

conducting direct marketing – pursuant to Art. 6 sec. 1(f). of the GDPR;

conducting marketing and promotional activities – based on a separate consent (Art. 6 sec. 1(a) of the GDPR);

sending commercial information via electronic mail in accordance with Art. 10 sec. 2 of the Act of 18 July 2002 on providing services by electronic means (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 1219, as amended) – based on a separate consent;

using telecommunications terminal devices and automatic calling systems for direct marketing purposes in accordance with Art. 172 of the Act of 16 July 16 2004, Telecommunications Law – based on a granted consent.

Your personal data may be transferred only to those recipients-entities which cooperate with the Administrator or their subcontractors based on the concluded cooperation agreement, including agreements for entrusting the processing of personal data to entities entitled to obtain your personal data based on the applicable law and to authorized employees of the Administrator.
5. Your personal data will be stored until the consent is withdrawn or an objection to the processing is submitted (which will also occur as a result of termination of the agreement for the provision of services).
6. You have the right to:

access you personal data, rectify it, delete it or restrict the data processing;

withdraw the consent to data processing at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing that was carried out before its withdrawal;
